the Da-jing-tou, or literally the big well pier, which locates today at the junction of the Min Chuan Road and the Yong Fu Road was one of the start points of Tainan city along with the Fort Provindia and the Ford Zeelandia. Yet it's badly treated, and shamefully disregarded. Cars, motorcycles even trunks run over it and damaged its weak protection. In a city dedicated to cold blood motor-vehicles in stead of living creatures, one can expect less than that.
